In Ayurveda there are total 13 types of Agni 1 Jathragni(Digestive Fire), 5 Bhutagni , 7 Dhatwagni (Saptadhatu Agni). Agni is responsible for Strength, Health, Longevity,vital breath. Agni is described as the Spiritual Force of metabolism, or Digestive Fire. Agni digests food , absorbs Nutrients. 1.Stage 1st : It is Kapha Dominant phase. It happens in the mouth and stomach.
2. Stage 2nd: It is Pitta Dominant. It happens in the Small intestine.
